Class Schedule

*We respectfully ask that regular adult students enter the facility no earlier than 10 minutes prior to weeknight adult classes to allow egress for Intrepid Athletics clients. In addition, upon arrival, please be mindful and respectful of any Intrepid clients who may be finishing their workouts, please situate yourself on the periphery of any workout areas and high traffic areas, and please allow any Intrepid clients who wish to use the restroom when their class is finished to do so.

Monday

4:00-5:00 pm: kids 5-7 (gi)

4:00-5:00 pm: kids 8+ (gi)

6:45-7:45 pm/end of rounds: adult fundamentals (no gi)

6:45-8:30 pm/end of rounds: adult intermediate (no gi)

Tuesday

NO KIDS 5-7 CLASS

4:00-5:00 pm: kids 8+ (gi)

6:45-7:45 pm/end of rounds: adult fundamentals (gi)

6:45-8:30 pm/end of rounds: adult intermediate (gi)

Wednesday

4:00-5:00 pm: kids 5-7 (gi)

4:00-5:00 pm: kids 8+ (gi)

6:45-7:45 pm/end of rounds: adult fundamentals (no gi)

6:45-8:30 pm/end of rounds: adult intermediate (no gi)

Thursday

NO KIDS 5-7 CLASS

Saturday

10:30 am-11:30 am: kids ages 5-7 (gi)

10:30 am-11:30 am: kids ages 8+ (gi)

12:00 noon-1:00 pm: adult fundamentals (gi)

12:00 noon-1:30 pm/end of rounds: adult intermediate (gi)

Sunday

9:45 am-10:15 am: kids ages 3-4 (no gi)

10:30 am-11:30 am: kids ages 5-7 (no gi)

10:30 am-11:30 am: kids ages 8+ (no gi)

12:00 noon-2:00 pm: women’s all-levels (no gi)

2:15 pm-3:45 pm: adult all-levels (no gi)

Our hours of operation are:

Monday-Thursday: 3:45-5:15 pm and 6:35-8:30 pm

Friday: closed

Saturday: 10:15 am-1:45 pm

Sunday: 9:15 am-4:00 pm
